Okay, let's start from the clothes. I love the style, the hat is a nice touch as well. The topright most lacehole looks like the spacing is slightly irregular, but that's a very nitpick bit and honestly I doubt it bothers anyone.
The chest looks a bit squished on the left (her right). I hope she's not hurting.
The long flowing effect you have on her hair and dress are splendid. They look so long and soft I want to bury my face in them and never get out. <3
The brooch is also well done with the neck piece. The detail there is as nice as it is on the gloves. The pipe is a bit plain, but only when put in contrast to the rest of the image.
Best for last: I absolutely LOVE what you've done with the minimal use of color. The way the lips, eyes, and jewel come out to accent her porcelain face is absolutely shattering. The eyes are of a seductive, bewitching nature, threatening to doom men to uselessness and cities to despair. The lips just slightly smiling so speak of her utter self-confidence and satisfaction. The soft nose and gently sharp chin round out a wonder of a lady. Also? I love the barest of angles you put on her right (our left) eyebrow, giving her a sense of skepticism or even bemusement, as if an adversary had come to her in challenge and she found it entertainingly futile.
Very well done. May you continue in such fine works hence! ^__^
Right so I know this was a wonderful comment to the author. But I could not help but giggle at your last couple of lines, since you hit the nail on the head with Averia's character. Which I think only further compliments omocha-san's artistic ability.
